Automated Wood Wool Production

The Wood Wool Production Line enables the fully-automated production of wood wool (excelsior) for industries such as packaging, animal bedding, fire starters, fragile transport, and erosion control blankets.

At the core of wood wool production is the Eltomatic CVS-16, our proprietary high-volume industrial wood wool machine. It ensures precise production with customizable strand widths, ranging from fine to coarse, depending on market demands.

The Wood Wool Production Line can be provided with an automated log and block handling system, which includes our Intelligent Block Saw, eliminating cut-off waste pieces per log. A customized wood wool discharge system, feeding the baling- or other equipment, can be included.
