Modernize your Dosing and Mixing System

Dosing and mixing of the raw materials are critical steps in achieving a high-quality board. Each wood wool fiber is carefully mixed and coated with a thin film of cement, ensuring structural strength while enhancing fire resistance, moisture protection, and resistance to rot and fungi. To reduce CO₂ emissions, limestone can be added as a partial cement replacement, maintaining performance while improving sustainability. Read further to learn about possible modernizations, including upgrades to the mixer and dosing unit.

Double Shaft Mixer

The Double Shaft Mixer ensures a highly consistent and even mixture, improving product quality. It features four access doors on the left side and three on the right, allowing for safe and thorough cleaning after production. With doors on both sides, operators can easily reach all areas for better maintenance and cleaning. The platform is designed for full accessibility, enhancing both safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Electronic Dosing Unit

This unit ensures a continuous and precise supply of cement from a small dosing bin, optimizing material flow for efficient production. It allows for connecting separate screws for grey and white cement, both locally supplied, ensuring flexibility in material selection. To further enhance sustainability, an additional dosing unit can mix in an additive like limestone, reducing cement consumption and lowering the CO₂ footprint of the end product.
