Eltomation has been contracted to deliver a state-of-the-art Eltomatic CVS-16 Wood Wool Machine to Knauf Fibre’s facility in La Côte, France. This new machine will replace the previous Eltomatic, which has served reliably for an impressive 25 years but could no longer be upgraded to meet current standards.
The latest Eltomatic introduces major advancements:
- **New gripper rotation system and pusher frame** for improved precision.
- **Enhanced accuracy and reduced wear**, minimizing maintenance requirements.
- **Smoother, more reliable performance** for long-term efficiency.
- **Additional safety features** integrated into the design.

Eltomation to Supply New Eltomatic CVS-16 to Knauf Fibre in France

Eltomation has successfully upgraded the Eltomatic CVS-16 Wood Wool Machine at Knauf Insulation’s facility in Simbach am Inn. Key components, including a new gripper frame with servo-driven gripper rotation, a new pusher frame, a new shaft, and partial new control system with Profinet integration, have replaced outdated systems with modern, high-performance solutions.
This comprehensive upgrade ensures that Knauf Insulation can continue to meet its high standards for both quality and productivity, optimizing their operations for enhanced precision and efficiency.

Eltomation is pleased to announce the successful completion of a major upgrade to the Forming Line at Träullit. This enhancement is designed to significantly improve the overall quality of the boards produced, ensuring a higher standard of product output. It follows a series of other upgrades made to the line over the past few years.
While this recent improvement will also contribute to increased productivity, the primary benefit lies in the substantial enhancement of board quality. This upgrade will enable Träullit to offer superior products to the market, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to excellence in the building materials industry.
